I am so relieved that the sale has now finally been completed and confess I sit here with utter relief after the Master of the Court lost the file, I was worried the buyer would pull out.

Not many people say that buying/selling a house is a pleasurable experience but this has been. Hopefully we all get to meet at some point when we come visit Cape Town
